NAR has announced the winners of the art competition

At the Network Aging Research, humanists, natural and medical scientists research interdisciplinary the aspects of aging, since aging affects humans in its entirety. Foundation BrainAid has sponsored NAR's Art Contest "Altern - ein Leben lang". Three artists have been chosen as awardees of the contest:

The first prize has been awarded to Leumel (nom de plume), a medical student from Heidelberg, for his work "The Tear", two superimposed photographies of himself at different ages.

Rizan Khodayar won the second prize with a linocut and Andrei Coca the third with his "Self Portrait as a Rabbit, Child, Youth and Adult".

All 23 works entered into the contest will be on show at the premises of the NAR in June and July (https://www.nar.uni-heidelberg.de/index.html).
